When, where and why Andromeda Thrive?
Thrive is Andromeda’s annual global gathering of vertical market software leaders. Featuring more than 100 breakout sessions, as well as functional breakouts and portfolio meetings.
This is your opportunity to network with hundreds of leaders from across Andromeda. In 2026, Thrive is being held from Sunday 3 May – Friday 8 May 2026, in beautiful Cancún, Mexico at the Marriott resort.
This year, Thrive is being separated by Operations Track and M&A Track. If you are attending both tracks, you must attend the full week. Sessions begin at 8:30am, so please ensure you give yourself enough time for travel.

What themes will Thrive cover?
The goal of the event is to convene leaders to share knowledge and best practices related to acquiring and operating software businesses.
The event focuses on group sessions, where everyone can share their experiences and insights. Peer learning and knowledge sharing is the primary focus – although there will be some sessions that stray from this format.
What can I expect to learn?
You will have access to a series of breakouts specifically designed for Andromeda’s businesses. Sessions will cover growth – both organic and acquired; leadership and talent development, as well as functional areas critical to our success – professional services, R&D, customer care, marketing, sales, finance, and talent management.
Will there be opportunities to network?
Thrive will be a wonderful time to engage (or re-engage) with the Andromeda community. We are integrating networking and teambuilding events where you can meet contacts from across Andromeda. Everyone should come with the goal of meeting new peers from our global community.
